Please read this document carefully before using the 80200 platform. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 80200 platform via website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 80200 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 80200 management team. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Users registering for an 80200 account confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 80200 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 80200 will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 80200 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own login credentials.
- Accounts must be registered using genuine and valid personal information.
- Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, or device.
- Users are responsible for all activities that take place through their account.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
80200 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration.
- Any form of transaction fraud or attempts to reverse deposit charges.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
- Distributing malware, spam, or offensive content through the platform.
- Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to 80200's systems.
80200 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts without prior notice.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on the 80200 platform are processed in MYR. The platform supports local payment methods including FPX (online banking) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and valid.
Successful deposits are credited to your 80200 account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. Any deposit that takes unusually long to be credited must be reported to the support team within 24 hours, along with the relevant proof of transaction.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed. 80200 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a national ID or bank statement for compliance purposes. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name.
80200 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers during the deposit or withdrawal process.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 80200 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. 80200 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. 80200 and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 80200 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, software code, and domain names — is the exclusive property of 80200 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 80200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. The presence of such links does not imply that 80200 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
80200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 80200 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the verification process is complete and no terms violations are identified.
Changes to Terms
80200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
